Hiranandani Regent Hill has recently launched assured rental scheme in Tower B of their most recent project in Powai know as Regent Hill. The details of the scheme is briefly described in the image below:

There are various payment options under which you may avail assured rental benefits:


Option 1- Construction Linked Payment Plan (CLP): Under CLP Plan the total cost of the 1 BHK flat in B Wing at Hiranandani Regent Hill, Powai would be Rs. 1.5 Cr, Out of which 1.32 Cr will be the consideration value and over and above that would be GST, Registration, Stamp Duty, Society Charges, Corpus Fund Etc.


Under Option 1, You will have to pay the total due amount or pay 20% and avail bank loan, register your property and pay the balance as per the progress of the work through loan or self funding.


After the completion of the project, Hiranandani would take around two months to furnish your property and your rental of Rs. 50,000 per month will commence hereinafter 2 months for five years. There would be an escalation of 5% in your monthly rental after every 12 months on Rs. 50,000/- which would go upto Rs. 60,000/- per month in the 5th year of rental tenure.


Option 2- 20:80 Payment Scheme: Under this scheme, the total cost of the 1 BHK flat in B Wing at Hiranandani Regent Hill, Powai would be Rs. 1.65 Cr, inclusive of GST, Registration, Stamp Duty, Society Charges, Corpus Fund Etc.


Under Option 2, You will have to pay the 20% as down payment, register your property and pay the balance on completion of the project through loan or self funding.


After the completion of the project, Hiranandani would take around two months to furnish your property and your rental of Rs. 50,000 per month will commence hereinafter 2 months for five years. There would be an escalation of 5% in your monthly rental after every 12 months on Rs. 50,000/- which would go upto Rs. 60,000/- per month in the 5th year of rental tenure.


The apart would comprise of 379 Sq Ft of Carpet Area, will have Air Conditioners and curtains in Living & Bedroom, the Kitchen will be fully equipped with Modular Furniture with Chimey, Gas Hob, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave Oven Etc.,the bathroom will be fully fitted with CP Fittings, Mirror and Geyser.


There would also be 1 Covered Car Park With Every Apartment Inclusive.
